The background to the group... |

We are, above all, dedicated professionals in the real estate business, and have been for three generations.
In 1947 Mr Louis EYMERIC created a real estate agency at ORANGE (84) called “Le Trait d’Union Commercial” (le TUC).
In 1971, his son, Robert EYMERIC, took on the role of estate agent, building manager and promoter under the logos "TRAIT D’UNION COMMERCIAL", "Cabinet le TUC", "ERIC MEY".
In 1976, Mr Robert EYMERIC opened the first Le TUC branch offices in the Vaucluse. He had already recognised the need for federating agencies under a single name. He then decided to franchise the name which was registered in 1981.
Starting as the "first network in Provence" before becoming the "first network in southern France" Le TUC becamle a national organisation in 1987 with the opening of its first offices in Paris and northern France.
In 1998, the EYMERIC's developed a new commercial concept of the non-sedentary agent (V.D.I) by launching "IDIMMO, L'IMMOBILIER EN DIRECT" a trade mark that has been copyrighted.
In 2006, the ERIC MEY group (the Le TUC IMMO and IDIMMO networks) located from LILLE to GRASSE and BORDEAUX to THONON LES BAINS as well as more than 400 independent agents under the "IDIMMO, L'IMMOBILIER EN DIRECT" trademark.
The ERIC MEY group is intensifying its implantation in France, particularly in Ile de France Rhône-Alpes where two regional HQ's have been set up. |

Our concept: the V.D.I. |

The V.D.I trademark stands for " Vendeur Debout Immobilier " (non-sedentary vendor - copyright) as compared to a sedentary vendor in an agency.
This concerns a professionnal, holder of a professional license known as a 'grey card - carte grise' (article 9 of the decree published in 1972), carrying out the work of a real estate agent (searching properties for sale, taising mandates, site visits, management etc.) but who does not have an agency or an office for receiving his clients (the legal acts are carried out at a notary's office, in particular those who are partners in the network).
A V.D.I is independent, working on his own (which doesn't mean that he can't work with network colleagues, thanks ien part to our unified property listings (FCI).

The advantages of being a V.D.I :
- No heavy investment required for buying or installing offices open to the public.
- None of the usual expenses for running an agency (rent, staff, professional tax etc.)
- Complete independance in the organisation of your work schedule, the choice of time devoted to sales efforts, your choice of marketing supports, obtaining mandates, scheduling of appointments in sector etc....
- None of the usual restrictions applying to a real estate agency (bank guarantee, obtaining a professional license, compulsory record books, etc.).
- Efficient marketing thanks to representation countrywide and the use of our standardised listing service (F.C.I.).
- Open a personalised website in your name to market all your offers (no limit to the number of offers listed).
- Making available the software that allows all group members to manage their mandates, make their offers availablme on the web and on affiliated websites, regrouping vendors aetc. (+ making available a portable computer).
- Another option is to register as a “micro entreprise” - no VAT and a reduction of 35% on results.

To complete our national network we are looking for industry professionels with at least a year's proven experience in property transactions
Yes, like us:
- You are a professionel, you want to be completely independent in the way you organise your workload: scheduling, your own choice of advertising media, free to obtain mandates in your own way, in making appointments within your geographical sector, etc........
- You know your capabilities because you have the results to prove them, so you want to earn more equitably: 70% ; 80% ; 85% ; 90% and even 100% of agency commissions according to the formula you have chosen:
- You wish to avoid the constraints of managing an office: presence at all times, secretarial chores, rents, fixed charges, managing personnel and more.
- You would like to get out of a hierarchy that is restrictive and not very motivating,
- You are looking for an activity that you can undertake without spending a lot of money to start it up.
- You'd like to benefit from training courses and support offered by an important national network,
